The LAST thing a person wants to do after a hard day on the job site is to own a trailer which does not meet their hauling needs. The Cashman trailer line is designed for E-Z loading. The trailer is built lower to the ground with a better ramp angle. Our Drop Deck Trailers consists of Economy, Standard and Custom Premier Trailer models. We have developed a Economy CEE Trailer, 7,000# capacity a Standard CE Trailer, 10,000# -14,000# capacity for our Skid Steer and/or Utility Trailer line and a Premier Skid Steer/Utility Trailer, 10,0000# - 20,000# for the next caliber of customer. The industry had been asking for an ultimate mid-size Skid Steer/Utility Trailer and we at Cashman Custom Built Trailers have answered that call with our Premier Line.

At Cashman Custom Built Trailers, we have found that contractors in the industry are asking for 40,000#, 50,000# to 60,000# Deck Over, Pintle Hitch Trailers that will withstand the day to day work of a contractor. We are proud of are 4 beam design trailers because of the superior craftsmanship and quality components that go into these "Work Horses". These trailers are designed for easy loading with a dual angle option that allows contractors to load their equipment with ease at a 6 degree angle. We offer air ride, lift axles and a wide range of custom options and to top it off, all our trailers are painted with Dupont Imron on the entire trailer before any of the wiring or other components are put on.
When it comes to the RG's or Lowboy's we like to work very closely with our customers on these trailers to ensure that everything is done to perfection as well as to the customer's requests and expectations.
Who is Mike Cashman, owner of Cashman Trailers? As a young man he worked for his father as a cement contractor. He can remember the problems getting the equipment on and off the job site. Mike was also involved in heavy haul transportation, and at this point his interest peaked and his knowledge grew about trailers and equipment. He learned hands on about safety, securing loads, axles weights, axle width and spacing, load restrictions, and what trailers are appropriate with all types of equipment. In 1996 he went to work for a large trailer manufacturing company. He started in the fabrication department, he was promoted to foreman, and then to plant manager. In those years of experience he saw what customer's needed and wanted.

Cashman Custom Built Trailers, Inc. was started 3 years ago by Michael Cashman in his home workshop. Mike brings to the company, an extensive knowledge and work experience in the trailer industry. Cashman Custom Built Trailers, Inc. has since progressed to a 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility:warehouse and office space located in Litchfield, MN and was recently incorporated in January 2005.
Our philosophy is to manufacture and promote the ultimate quality trailer available at a fair price. Cashman Custom Built Trailers will be the "top of the line trailer", in your fleet. We manufacture trailers for the construction, landscaping and other contractor trades that have a need to haul mid-size to heavy equipment.
